Your profile
- Change your name: Settings → Profile → Name
- Change your email: Settings → Profile → Email (re-verification required)
Email verification
Your email must be verified to use all features. After signing up, check your inbox (and spam) for the verification link.
- Resend: A sign-in attempt will show a "Resend verification email" option
- Gmail users: Check the Promotions tab

Change password
Settings → Security → Change Password. Enter your current password and a new one.

Tip: Service groups count as a single accessory toward the limit, no matter how many devices they contain.

- Upgrade: Settings → Subscription → Upgrade. Payment is handled by Stripe (credit card).
- Manage billing: Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
- Downgrade: If you cancel Standard, you keep access until the billing period ends, then revert to Free (10-accessory limit applies).
Smart Deals
Smart Deals are personalised product recommendations that appear as badges on your dashboard widgets when a deal is detected for one of your devices. They help support Homecast at no cost to you.
- Free plan: Smart Deals are shown by default. You can toggle them off or filter by deal quality tier in Settings.
- Standard plan: Smart Deals are shown by default but can be fully disabled in Settings.

Delete account
